Modification & Cancellation
Need to cancel or make a change?
Get in touch as soon as you can - we'll do everything we can to help before your order ships.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we're no longer able to make changes or cancel it. At that point, the simplest path is to accept the delivery and follow our Returns & Exchanges process once it arrives.
A quick note: if cancelling an item makes you ineligible for a promotion or discount that was applied to your order, that offer won't carry over.
