4. Products and Product Descriptions
We do our best to describe our products accurately - including materials, construction, fit, and function. That said, we cannot guarantee that every description is free of errors. If a product isn't as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Colors: We've made every effort to represent product colors accurately on screen. Because monitor and device settings vary, we can't guarantee that what you see on your screen is an exact match to the physical product.
Availability: Products on our Site are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
5. Pricing
All prices on our Site are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are valid for purchases made through ablecove.com. Prices may be subject to change at any time without notice.
We take care to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is identified before or after your order is placed:
- If the correct price is lower than what you paid, we'll charge you the lower amount.
- If the correct price is higher, we'll contact you before processing your order.
If we're unable to reach you or you'd prefer not to proceed at the corrected price, we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order on our Site is an offer to purchase - not a confirmed sale. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your item and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, in which case we'll refund any payment made in full.
Promotional codes and offers are subject to their individual terms and availability, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Everything on this Site - including copy, photography, design, product images, the AbleCove name and logo, and all other creative content - is the intellectual property of AbleCove or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may browse and download content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our written permission.
No rights to any design aspect of our products are transferred to you beyond your right to use the product itself.

If you submit reviews, feedback, photos, or other content to us ("Submissions"), you grant AbleCove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our products and marketing.
By submitting content, you confirm that:

- It is accurate, lawful, and not misleading or harmful
We're under no obligation to publish, respond to, or compensate you for any Submission.

AbleCove has no control over and takes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABLECOVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES - INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL - ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. No Medical Claims
AbleCove makes clothing. That's what we are, and that's what we do.
Our garments are designed with functional details - magnetic closures, engineered fastenings, adaptive construction - that make getting dressed easier for a wider range of people. We believe that's worth building well. But our products are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on our Site, in our product descriptions, or in any AbleCove communication should be taken as medical advice.
A specific note on magnetic closures: AbleCove garments use engineered magnetic fasteners. If you or the person you're purchasing for uses a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, insulin pump, or any other implanted medical device, please consult a physician before use. Magnets can interfere with certain medical devices, and your safety matters more than the sale.
We stand behind the quality and function of what we make. We're simply being clear about what we make - and what we don't.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AbleCove, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or any content you submit.

- Introduces malicious software or attempts to compromise our systems

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms doesn't constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
