Returns & Exchanges

We build every AbleCove garment to hold up - in quality, in fit, in the way it wears over time. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Here's everything you need to know.

 

The Basics

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items, provided they're in new, unworn condition with original packaging. That's enough time to try something properly and decide with confidence.

A few things to keep in mind before you get started:

  • Items marked non-returnable and any free gifts are not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. We can't accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation won't be processed.
  • Return shipping is at your cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Need to cancel or make a change?

Get in touch as soon as you can - we'll do everything we can to help before your order ships.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we're no longer able to make changes or cancel it. At that point, the simplest path is to accept the delivery and follow our Returns & Exchanges process once it arrives.

A quick note: if cancelling an item makes you ineligible for a promotion or discount that was applied to your order, that offer won't carry over.

Received Something Wrong or Defective?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll sort it out. Email us at service@ablecove.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item name, SKU, or a photo of the product
  • A clear description of the issue, along with photos that show the problem

We'll review your request and get back to you with the next steps - including the return address when applicable.

 

Need a Different Size?

We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. That said, the fastest path to a new size is usually to return your item for a refund and place a fresh order - it moves quicker than processing an exchange on our end.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we've confirmed your refund amount with you, we'll process it back to your original payment method straight away. Depending on your bank or PayPal's processing time, it typically takes a few business days to appear. If you have questions about the timeline on their end, your card issuer or PayPal support will have the most accurate information.
