Every AbleCove garment is built to a standard before it reaches you - not a deadline. Real-world testing. Honest evaluation. If a piece doesn't hold up the way it should, we want to know, and we'll make it right.
This isn't a policy we offer reluctantly. It's a natural extension of how we build.
What Our Guarantee Covers
We stand behind every AbleCove item against:
- Defects in materials
- Failures in workmanship and construction
- Manufacturing defects
If your garment fails for any of these reasons, reach out. We'll evaluate it and work toward a resolution - repair, replacement, or refund, depending on what makes sense.
What Falls Outside Our Guarantee
We'll be straight with you. Our guarantee doesn't cover:
- Damage from animals, chemicals, or mishandling by airlines or third-party carriers
- Alterations made by the customer or a third party
- Wear resulting from use beyond the garment's intended purpose
- Fit changes due to natural body fluctuation
- Failure to follow the care instructions included with each item
We inspect every return individually. If there's any uncertainty about the cause of an issue, we'll communicate with you directly.
