Design intent
Every wardrobe needs a white shirt. The Cove Classic is AbleCove's answer to that brief, and it adds exactly one thing the standard white shirt hasn't: a closure system that works as effortlessly as the shirt looks. Design inspiration
The white dress shirt has been the universal men's dress standard for over a century - worn under a morning coat in 1910 and under a linen blazer in 2026 without the underlying logic changing at all. What has always made the best versions of it worth keeping is not novelty but precision. The Cove Classic does not attempt to update the white shirt. It attempts to build the version of it that a person with a sharp eye and a busy morning would want to reach for first.
Craft details
White is finished to a true optical white rather than cream. Fit is a relaxed and easy cut with a natural shoulder, extra ease through the chest, and a curved shirttail hem. Back carries a single yoke seam with no pleats. Both the front placket and cuffs feature a hidden magnetic closure system; the magnets are concealed within the fabric layers, while the exterior of the garment displays only ordinary buttons.
