Design inspiration

The Slate draws from traditional Central European field waistcoats, garments made for working hands and changing weather. The Slate allows easy layering beneath outer coats while moving freely through the countryside. Reimagined in a muted earth-tone melange, it keeps the same understated utility - a piece designed to blend in, endure, and be worn often.

Craft details

The shell is a finely textured cotton-linen blend in muted earth-tone melange, self-faced with no contrast trim. The stand collar sits close with no lapel roll; the front carries seven buttons, one jetted chest pocket and two jetted lower pockets, all flush against the body. The back is a single panel with a clean look. The hidden magnets are heat-set into a double-layer reinforced interlining behind the button row - no hardware visible on either face; all units rated through 200+ wash and wear cycles.
